About Emma Sinclair
Emma Sinclair is an entrepreneur and the youngest person to have oated her company on the stock exchange, having done so at 29. She has a background in Investment Banking having spent her formative years in mergers and acquisitions at NM Rothschild in the UK and USA. Latterly moving into real estate and specically, parking, Emma founded Target Parking, her second business, in 2008. She is passionate about raising the quality of car park and facility management services for Target Parking’s clients across the UK.

A mentor within the start-up community, she has a tech start-up of her own having co-founded EnterpriseJungle, a social application that helps individuals become more successful and organisations more agile. Intuitively and proactively connecting people whose current projects, industries, location, inuence, and aspirations align, EnterpriseJungle helps build eective and meaningful relationships that drive more ecient business results and introduces users to people they should already know. A rm believer that health is too often overlooked, she also co-founded Wakeman Road, a health and wellbeing members’ space. A true passion project, it hosts a collection of leading therapists and practitioners alongside niche brands with integrity and wellbeing at their heart.

Emma is also active within in world of media. Selected by The Telegraph to launch their twice weekly business columnist in the Wonder Women section, she joined an elite group of inspirational women dened by their reactive, witty and honest style last year. A frequent commentator and public speaker, she also regularly commentates on the headlines for Sky News.

She sits on various charity boards including the Variety Club Children’s Charity and has been a Governor of the Michael Faraday School on the Aylesbury Estate in Southwark for fteen years. She is also on the UK Board of Tel Aviv University. She has won a number of awards and appeared on industry leader lists which have taken her to Downing Street and include Growing Business’s Young Guns, Property Week’s ‘Hot 100 under 35’s’, The Observer Future 500: 50 ‘To Watch’ in the Business Category, The Lloyds and CBI First Women Awards and Property Week’s Young Property Personality of the Year.
