The Women’s Foundation hosts more than 100 events per year, including roundtables, talks, panels and workshops to promote female leadership and provide insights to aspiring women leaders. Over a thousand business leaders have participated in our events and pipeline initiatives. Our flagship events include:
Annual Gala Dinner
Our flagship fundraising event features a silent auction with enticing prizes, delectable food and live entertainment. Each year, a theme that is relevant to advancing women and girls is also highlighted in the event. Powerful keynote speakers have graced previous TWF gala dinners to advocate our causes.
International Women’s Day Lunch
The UN launched International Women's Day in 1975 and since then, March 8, and the days and weeks around March 8, have become a time to celebrate women's achievements and to reflect on how far we have come as well as how far in some cases, we still need to go. The Women’s Foundation also takes part in supporting this day with a gala lunch.
30% Club Lunch
The 30% Club Hong Kong is a group of 60 chairmen and business leaders committed to getting more women on boards. We host two flagship events per year - one of which is the 30% Club Boardroom Lunch which brings aspiring and accomplished women directors face to face with the chairmen, CEOs and directors of Hong Kong's leading companies.
