Calling Young Men (Years 2-4)

Are you a forward-thinking university student seeking to grow your potential and amplify your impact?

The Young Allies Programme is here for upcoming leaders who are ready to embrace a more diverse, equitable and inclusive future. Building and honing inclusive leadership, gender awareness and allyship skills are crucial for your leadership journey and personal development.

Our Programme offers you the chance to learn more about yourself, and understand the skills and attitudes needed to champion gender equality and inclusive practices. You'll have access to workshops, mentorship, work shadowing and a network of like-minded industry leaders who are committed to creating a more equitable society.

By joining the Young Allies Programme, you'll sharpen your leadership and communication skills, gain an in-depth understanding of allyship, develop critical Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) skills, and become part of a vibrant community that champions gender equality and inclusion.

Join us and become a certified Young Ally for change!

Male Allies in Their Own Words

“I would have liked to think that I was someone who didn’t hold any particular biases or stereotypes. But having joined the TWF Male Allies Initiative four years ago, I was “reborn” as a person in my 40s and became more aware about different privileges and unconscious biases that exist in the workplace and wider society in HK. I've experienced the benefits of this firsthand both in my career and my personal life of being an advocate and taking action. Had I learned these concepts earlier, I could have more quickly become a better global citizen with the tools to advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion.”– Frosti Lau, Regional General Manager, South West Pacific, Cathay Pacific; Male Allies Co-Chair 2022-23
