Please join AmCham and The Women’s Foundation for a breakfast discussion on Success Markers for Gender-Inclusive Global Mobility Programmes.

Moderated by Tara Joseph, President of the American Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong, our panel of subject matter experts will discuss the main inhibitors for female executives to be globally mobile. They will also focus on success markers and innovative ideas for gender-inclusive global mobility programmes. Zoe Henham, Chair of TWF's HR Advisory Council, will open the session with an overview of TWF's latest Best Practice Guide for designing and implementing effective gender-inclusive global mobility programmes.

90% of business leaders believe international assignments are critical in developing successful future leaders. Meanwhile, for 74% of women, the opportunity of an international assignment is a key factor in staying with an employer. However, too few organisations are looking at their mobility programmes through a gender lens and there is often a disconnect between mobility programmes, talent development and D&I initiatives.
