ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Rhiannon Wilkinson became Headmistress of Wycombe Abbey in September 2013. She has a broad and detailed knowledge of education, having worked both in the maintained and independent sectors, day and boarding, and in two international schools in Hong Kong and Brunei. Born and brought up in Manchester, Rhiannon attended a girls’ grammar school before graduating from St Hugh’s College, Oxford in Modern History. She also holds a PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education) from the University of Bath, and completed an MEd in Educational Leadership and Management at the University of Manchester. 


Like all OWN initiatives, this talk is open to all Oxford and Cambridge alumni - male and female, as well as to anyone else interested in hearing from inspiring speakers on a broad range of topics. All proceeds from the event will go towards The Women’s Foundation’s Scholarship Fund to send deserving Hong Kong students to pursue the MPhil in Gender Studies at Cambridge University.
