About Sheila Flavell
Sheila Flavell is co-founder and COO of FDM, the international IT services company headquartered in the UK and with operations in Europe, the US and now Hong Kong. FDM focuses on helping graduates, returners and ex forces veterans (re)-enter the workforce by providing commercial, financial and soft skills training in various IT disciplines. Sheila has played a key role in FDM's explosive growth including the company's listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2014 and the expansion of its global footprint. She was recognised as 'Leader of the Year in a Corporate Organisation' at the 2012 Cisco everywoman in Technology Awards and was featured as one of TechCityInsider's Top 100 Movers and Shakers on London's Digital Scene 2013. Sheila was also chosen for the second year running as one of Cranfield School of Management's Top 100 Women to Watch for 2013 and 2014 (Female FTSE Report). She was featured in Brummell Magazine's Top 30 Most Inspirational Female Entrepreneurs in the City 2014 and most recently won ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ at the Insider’s South East Dealmakers Awards 2015.

About Joanna Hotung
Joanna Hotung founded Kids’ Gallery, a youth arts school, in 1996, inspired by her desire for a more well-rounded and enquiry-based education for her own children. The KG Group encompasses four brands, Kids’ Gallery, Star English, Face Productions and Mills International Preschool and has a presence across Hong Kong and Asia. Over 60,000 young people have passed through its doors, and alumni are studying at prestigious universities or working in a wide range of fields worldwide. Joanna is Chairperson Emeritus of Youth Diabetes Action, and has held Board positions at the Hong Kong Ballet, Playright Children’s Play Association, and Bring Me A Book (HK). She is also an active board member of WEN, the TWF sponsored Women’s Entrepreneur Network. Joanna has won several awards including SCMP Women of our Time 2012, AmCham Women of Influence Entrepreneur Award 2014, Marie-Claire Inspiring Woman Award 2014, and Jessica's Most Successful Women Award 2015.
